Tales From the Darkside:The Movie presents three stories from some of the best minds in mystery and horror: Stephen King, Michael McDowell and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. In "Lot 249", an archaeology student (Steve Buscemi) unearths a deadly mummy that has a taste for blood. "Cat From Hell" features a cat with nine lives intent on taking from humans their only one! In "Lover's Vow" a stone gargoyle comes to life and binds a struggling artist to a deadly promise.
