They got tangled up with the wrong species and now theyre caught in the spiders web. Backpacking in the jungles of India, a team of hikers stumbles across the primitive village of Karni Mata home to a native cult of spider worshippers and to Dr Lecorpus, an American physician who proves just as formidable a fear as the venomous arachnids. When the hikers discover that theyre to be sacrificed, their battle to survive becomes one of man-against- man and man-against-nature.
