The Tiger and the Snow is a sweeping story of an eccentric poet named Attilio (Roberto Benigni) whose love defies all reason. It is a love that leads him to fight his own personal war amidst paradoxes comic and tragic, as well as a war that is filled with minefields, looters, bombings and roadblocks...all to win just a few more hours of life for the woman he loves - for he believes that the death of a single person is equivalent to the death of the whole world.
