A sexually-explicit drama about second-generation Turkish immigrants in Germany, Head On is an exploration of love and anguish in a culturally-repressive world. Cahit and Sibel meet in hospital, having both attempted suicide. Desperate to change their lives, they plan a marriage of convenience to free Sibel from her conservative parents.
