Liz specialises in sequencing postures creatively, inspired by her Arts background and grounding in Astanga Vinyasa Style of Hatha Yoga.

Postures are adapted to suit all levels, including foundation level 1 sequences progressing to intermediate (level two and three).

A props and Modification section demonstrates how you can adapt your postures safely.

You can flow through a 60 minute class, or select other options for a short, specific class.

Shot lon location in the South west coast of England, Liz's instructions are given overlooking the sea and a seal cove.

An original soundtrack has been composed especially for the DVD. Choose to practice with the sounds of nature only, Liz's voice over or a percussive soundtrack designed to suit the mood and flow.
