Tokyo, a city populated by both humans and ghosts. They exist in two dimensions, seen and unseen. The city is thrown into disarray as a former Karas, the supernatural, sword weilding protectors of humanity, attempts to seize power and bring order to the streets through force. Rising up to face the threat is a new Karas, leading to an epic struggle between Otoha and the will of the city, against his corrupt predecessor Eko.
