In this hilarious and heart warming comedy, Vince (Paul Hogan) and his mate Ralph (Michael Caton) are two very straight country blokes who attempt to exploit new tax legislation by declaring themselves as a gay couple. When a tenacious tax inspector (Pete Postlethwaite) is sent to verify their authenticity all hell breaks loose in the once sleepy township of Yackandandah and the pair are suddenly forced to pose openly as a 'loving gay couple' in a town that know them as anything but.
